How TomoMii handles your data
This policy explains what we collect when you sign in, submit Miis, or browse the TomoMii community.
Information we collect
When you sign in with Google, we may receive basic account information such as your name, email address, profile image, and a provider account identifier. When you submit a Mii, we also store the content you upload and any related metadata needed to display that submission on the site.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- authenticate your account and keep you signed in
- show your profile name or avatar next to your submissions
- store, review, and publish community submissions
- operate, secure, and improve the site
Analytics and diagnostics
TomoMii uses analytics and product diagnostics tools to understand site usage, performance, and reliability. These tools may collect technical information such as device type, browser data, page views, and interaction events.
How long we keep data
We keep account and submission data for as long as needed to run the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain moderation records. We may delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed for those purposes.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers that help us run authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, and infrastructure, but only to the extent necessary to operate TomoMii.
Your choices
If you want us to delete your account data or remove a submission, contact us before using the site further. If a direct support address is added later, this page should be updated to reflect it.
